II Journey of Selfcare

In 2015 we launched  our wellness program in São Paulo (Brazil), starting with a Journey of Selfcare. A full day of activities that integrates gentle yoga, deep relaxation, mindfulness and homemade delicious organic living food. 

Now we are organizing our second Journey (2016), open to everyone who wants to learn some helpful techniques for managing stress and feeling good. This year we are going to focus on the spiritual dimension of human being, in which we integrates the physical, mental and emotional bodies as well. 

We will share moments of joy, deep relaxation and awareness of our presence.
